Meet Erica


As the Owner and Founder of Fragments Mental Wellness, I created this space inspired from my own mental health journey. Through personal struggles, I discovered that mental wellness is about more than just managing challenges—it's about creating a plan for all areas of life. By using tools like planners to organize time and incorporating self-care practices like talk therapy and creative outlets, I’ve learned to make things more manageable and doable.

My mission is to help others build their own toolbox of resources—tools for time management, self-care, and wellness strategies—so that they too can thrive, even amidst mental health struggles. I believe change can happen in small steps, and it's okay to adjust along the way. You are not alone on this journey.

As a mental health advocate, I know firsthand the battle it takes to seek help and share your story. Diagnosed with anxiety and having been bullied, I’ve experienced the challenges of navigating mental health. Through talk therapy and developing tools to manage it daily, I want to spread the message that it’s okay to ask for help, take medication, and most importantly, that you are not alone.

With empathy, resilience, creativity, and organizational skills, I’m here to guide you through your own journey of mental wellness. I know from personal experience that having the right tools in place makes living a fulfilling life possible.

When I’m not working on Fragments Mental Wellness, you’ll find me indulging in my love for creative writing, reading, music, attending concerts, paper crafting, working in my paper planner, and experimenting with new recipes.
